Who are you?
My name is Libby Johnson and I'm a young professional working in the financial services industry. My husband Nate and I live in the Des Moines, Iowa area (my hometown!) and have lived here since fall 2018. We previously lived in rural Northwest Iowa.
Where did you go to college?
I graduated from the University of Iowa and studied Communications and Entrepreneurial Management. I am also a proud alumna of Kappa Alpha Theta.
Why did you start blogging?
I started blogging in college as a way to document my outfits and to keep in touch with my family and friends. I mostly documented my outfits, accessories and makeup choices. Over time, the blog evolved into a lifestyle blog, and I now focus on all things home, beauty, wardrobe, and daily life! I hope you leave my little corner of the internet feeling inspired, uplifted and motivated to be your best self.
Who takes your photos?
Most photos are taken by my husband or on an iPhone! I've used professional photographers in the past, and my mom was my biggest supporter and photographer in my style blogging days!
What kind of camera do you use?
I use a Canon Rebel SL1 and use a 50mm lens. As of late, I mostly use my iPhone!
